African Signals is a site dedicated to finding and showing local rates for mobile phone and internet connections around Africa.
Find your country and enter whatever you know about your local costs, speeds and service levels for mobile phone operators and internet service providers (ISPs).
Click on a country name below, and you'll be taken to the page where you can edit and add the information for it. Use Kenya as an example of how to set it up. Also, take a look at how the Kenyans are creating new subpages for the different ISPs.
This site was inspired by, and dedicated to, the many ranting and raving conversations amongst the technorati of Africa. It was finally decided that someone needed to put a site together where people from could jump in and leave reports on costs, service levels and availability of the (usually subpar) phone and internet services that we receive in Africa.
